How you can use two or five additional digits ?
For all symbologies used Add-On symbol are used next conditions, depended of length of value to encode :Ean8
- 7 digits .... standard Ean8, checkdigit is added
- 8 digits .... standard Ean8, checkdigit is corrected, if is bad
Ean13
- 12 digits .... standard Ean13, checkdigit is added
- 15 digits .... standard Ean13, checkdigit is corrected, if is bad
UPC-A
UPC-E0, UPC-E1
